At the starting point.
When we start to walk, we might see this flower. Some people believe, it's an orchid. in fact it is a climbing lily.
This is me: Dewa Rai. I shall be your guide today!
Before the rice can be planted, the farmer must make the field ready.It's a mans job! You really will get dirty.
Rice
fields. In the background you can see, how the small plants are
planted one by one. This is a little bit difficult, so this is mans job
also!
About
1 month after planting, the farmer cleans the the field. Gras and other
weeds must be removed. The fertilizer which is spread now, is only ment
for the rice. ( It would be eaysier to let ducks eat the gras. They
don't tuch the green rice. And - in fact - this also is done!)
About
2-3 months later the rice turns yellow. Now is the time for cutting the
rice. that is womens work. This is good quality. She has every reason
to smile.
Ricecutting
is a social event! Many news will be exchanged with all this women
gathered at one place. Not all of it has to be hard work!
Harvesting peanuts. You
did know, we have to dig them up, did'nt you? ( in the same area the
peasant grows potatoes, corn, vegetables and onions etc.)
Farmers work! Is'nt he lucky? By the way:The girls are duch, and as you can see: They enjoyed the walk.

girls! These are german. By the way: He is a holy man, a priest at the
temple. Maybe that's, why he is lucky! And happy!
Wherewer you walk - everywhere you will just meet smiles.
Maybe that's what makes walking even in the rain so enjoyable!

The secret Sangsang
river. The water is holy.If you want children ,try a swimm ( at full
moon or dark moon!) But the water is realy good for many other things
also!
More rain! Probably not, what you want for your walk. In fact - as you allready kave seen - it can be nice also.
On a hot day there is nothing like a young coconut.Enjoy!
